Ad Art & Design ships from Orlando, Florida, exclusively to addresses within the United States.

Order Preparation
Items that are not currently in stock require 3 days of preparation before shipment. Once an order is ready, it is handed over to the shipping carrier that same day.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is paid by the customer. The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking
All shipments include tracking so customers can follow their order’s delivery progress.

Delivery Times
Order preparation time is separate from transit time. Delivery timing depends on the shipping carrier and destination. The 3-day preparation period is not a guaranteed delivery timeframe.
